We’ve made the Help Guide for Invited Users easier to reach. The invitation email now includes:
- A direct link to the guide
- A short how-to note for users who want to start right away
The guide shows how to set a password, sign in, add and manage guests, seat them at tables or individual seats, and confirm the Welcoming SMS. It also has quick navigation with text search, page thumbnails, and per-page links.
A new Help tile will also be added shortly in the client environment, so users can open the guide any time without leaving the app.
All of our clients’ default invitation emails have already been updated.
No action is needed from you. If you share invitations with clients, they’ll see the changes automatically.
