Just email us your floor plan and table setup, and we’ll prepare your account for you. After that, you’ll be able to upload your guests, click-and-seat them at tables or chairs, and manage everything with ease.Pricing Options for One Event

What is a "User"?
A "User" creates and edits events.
Most small to medium-sized hotels, event venues, caterers & event/wedding professionals need one "User".A single "User" can send unlimited event invitations and create unlimited event diagrams.

What is a "Check-in User"?
A "Check-in User" tracks guest attendance on their iPad or Android tablet using the e-GuestList check-in app.
With the [Combo Offer - All Solutions] you can have up to 5 check-in users to track up to 700 guests/attendees per event.
Contact us if you need more check-in app users or want a different max-guests-per-event limit.
The check-in app can be purchased on its own, or as part of the [Combo Offer – All Solutions].

What are the Setup fees?
Setup fees are paid only once, at the beginning of our cooperation.
They include:
- Creating your subdomain (https://yourCompany.eventreception.com)
- Setting up your account with your logos, venues and event spaces.
- Uploading &scaling your event diagrams
- Synchronizing your email account with EventReception's communication module.
- Creating your e-map links (e-map.co/yourVenues)
- Training

How do I pay?
Payment can be made online via our e-Payments webpage .
Enter your basic info and hit [Continue].
You will then be taken to Viva to complete your transaction safely &securely.
Alternatively you can make a bank transfer .

Can I try the check-in app first?
Sure! Click to create a demo account. Demo accounts are limited to one event and up to 30 guests.

Do I get immediate access after I pay?
Yes. Right after you pay, you get your Access Codes and Next Steps email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

What is an Event?
An Event lasts up to 24 hours, has a single guest list, and each guest is either checked in or not.

What's the best pricing plan for me?
• For 1 or 2 events: a Per-Event plan.
• For 3 events or more in a 30-day period: a Per-Month plan.
• For regular events across 6 months or more: a Per-Year plan.

Can I have more than one plan?
Yes. You can combine a subscription (per-Month or per-Year plan) with Per-Event credits.
For example, keep a MAX-300-Per-Year subscription for unlimited events (MAX-300 cap per event). You can also add UNLIMITED or MAX-900 Per-Event credits to cover occasional larger events. When you create an event, you choose which plan or credit to use.

Can I check in people without Wi-Fi?
Yes. The check-in app works with or without internet.

How do I view and export check-in reports?
Basic totals appear on the tablets. For full reports and PDF/Excel exports, use your web account. If tablets are online during check-ins, web reports refresh automatically every minute. If tablets were offline, connect them after the event, then view the reports in your web account.

Can I lose my check-in data?
No. The app won’t lose your check-ins, and you can’t delete them by accident.
Data is only at risk if someone uses the operating system to intentionally uninstall the app, clear its data, or factory-reset the device, actions outside the app’s control. Even then, your data remains safe if the device has already synced to the web.

Do I need to go online after using the app offline?
Yes. Please connect all check-in tablets to the internet as soon as the event ends, and no later than 48 hours after the event date. This ensures your reports are complete.

Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. We comply with EU and UK GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018). Learn more on our GDPR & Data Privacy page.

How do I pay?
Click Buy Now and select your preferred payment method (cards, wallets, e-banking, PayPal, etc.).

Can I have an invoice?
Yes. Fill in the "Invoice Requirement" section in the order form.

Can I send my SMSs in any language?
We support Unicode so you can have your SMSs in any language including Japanese, Chinese Greek, Arabic etc.
Unicode characters do limit the max characters per SMS. -
Can I have my own message?
Of course you can. Email us the message you want to send to your guests.

How long can my SMS message be?
Single SMS messages are up to 160-characters long, including spaces.
If your message has 160-306 characters it will be charged double and if it's between 307-456 characters it'll be charged as three messages. -
How do I pay?
