How it works
For one event only
Choose your package below, fill out your SMS
Seating Service Excel Sheet and email it to
us. We will contact you promptly to confirm
your details and set up the SMSs. Please
contact us at least 48 hours before your
event.
If you have an EventReception Package
Clients log in their personal account and
insert their guests’ mobile phone numbers in
the designated -and confidential- field. Ths
SMSs are sent automatically at the scheduled
time.
Data Protection - GDPR Compliance
Guest phone numbers remain undisclosed at
all times and are used exclusively for the
SMS Seating Service message. Fifteen days
after the event, guest phone numbers are
deleted automatically. In case you have sent
us your guest data via the SMS Seating
Service Excel Sheet, the whole Excel Sheet
is also permanently deleted.

Sender ID
Typically you may specify your own sender id.
It can be anything up to 11 Latin characters with no spaces or special characters.
In certain countries outside the EU, defining your own Sender Id may not be allowed.
Navigation Map
The Navigation Map Link shows guests how to get to the venue from where they are.
When clicked, a welcome page with your photo or company logo pops up before the route to the venue shows.
The link auto-detects, adjusts and prompts according to the user’s device, location-tracking settings and navigation app availability.
