1Online Web Check-ins
You can now check in guests directly from the Web, using any device:

- ✔ Tablet
- ✔ Computer (desktop or laptop)
Simply log in to your account, enable Web Check-ins for the required event, and start. No tablets. No app installation.
Run Web Check-ins simultaneously from phones, tablets, and computers. The list adapts automatically to each screen, and each user can further customize their own view.
Web Check-ins include all the app features you already love (fast search, guest analysis by table, arrival progress bar etc.), and are supercharged with:
- ✔ Even faster check-ins: Check in guests directly from Table & Group dropdowns.
- ✔ Easier search: Search by field, search across selected fields, use the “starts with” option, and apply smart filters to Tables & Groups.

✔ Advanced Guest List customization: Even more options to configure the list exactly as you need.
Web Check-ins work online and sync automatically with tablets & apps.
2Share Your Guest List Online
Share your Guest List online with partners or clients whenever you want, either while you are preparing it or after it is complete.
With one click, you create a unique URL that gives instant access to the list. For extra security, you can enable a 6-digit PIN, so access is limited to approved users only.
You decide:
- ✔ Which columns to show
- ✔ Whether guest search will be available
- ✔ Whether guest arrival information will show
Events with an active Online List display the “shared” label, while protected lists also show a lock icon.
From the control panel, you can see how many times the link has been used, disable or re-enable it, or delete it completely.
3Buy and use an event credit or package
Purchase directly through your account either a single event credit or a monthly or annual package, which allows you to create unlimited events.
You can keep different event credits together with monthly or annual packages in the same account, and choose the option that best fits each event, helping you keep costs under control.
Payment and invoicing are handled with a few clicks inside the app.
